The steam melter is made exclusively of stainless steel, designed to melt wax. It is a cylindrical tank in which a metallic tube is found through which water is poured in the inferior compartment of the tank. The second compartment has the bottom inclined towards the outside and it has an evacuation tube for the wax. The superior compartment is a mobile container with two handles where the pieces of honeycomb are introduced in order to be melted.
The quantity of wax that can be melted with the steam melter is 1,5 kg - 2 kg.
